Richard ThringA B.Com graduate from the University of Natal, Richard spent the early part of his career with Dunlop South Africa in the Tyre Division and subsequently Glodina Ltd.
In 1987 he joined The St. Thomas Group as a Recruitment Consultant and in 1994 established the current business as a franchise operation of the Renwick Group, and has been operating successfully in the Kwa-Zulu Natal and National markets since then.
Richard has gained extensive experience in recruiting both senior executives and managers at various levels in various types of organisations, including manufacturing, service, retail, building and construction, NGO’s as well as other niche market business.
Rennie Anderson
Rennie completed his B. A.,LLb at the University of Pietermaritzburg in 1981 and moved to Johannesburg. He completed Articles of Clerkship at Bell Dewar, was admitted as an Attorney and worked as an in house Legal Counsel to BIFSA (Building Industries Federation South Africa).
Rennie left the corporate world in 1987 and joined a property business linked to BOE and then in property as a broker / developer for his own account. In 1994 he moved back to KwaZulu Natal and farmed the family farm till 2000.
In 2001 he joined the then Renwick franchise as a recruiter. In the 11 years since, Rennie has established a significant recruitment business servicing a wide range of businesses in Banking, Construction, Engineering , Agriculture and across a wide geographical spread in SA and throughout Africa. Rennie’s recruiting focus is increasingly on positions in African countries beyond SA borders with some 20 ex pats placed with African based clients in the past 2 years.
Rennie’s clients are widespread and include Standard Bank, KZN MBA and MBSA, WSP Africa, Southey Holdings, Oricol, ZMS Group,Crookes Bros, Lasec Group, Trellidor, UTi , Provast Group ( Nigeria ) , Lifehealth , Sturrock & Robson , Waltons , Veolia International.
